Joyce Penas Pilarsky is an international fashion and jewelry designer.
Joyce Penas-Pilarsky, a winner of five beauty titles, will compete with over 80 beauty queen mothers the world over in the Mrs. Universe South Asia 2017.
The 69-year-old fashion designer now stands as one of the 15 candidates vying to represent Quezon City at Miss Universe Philippines 2024.

“I am motivated because I want to inspire other Filipino women to pursue their passions and achieve their dreams,” the ever elegant Joyce Penas Pilarsky said in a quick interview with this website.

She had just finished meeting with the press to celebrate her win as the very first Filipina to win the Classic Mrs. Asia International Global 2014.

It wasn’t her first beauty title, but for the talented Fashion Designer Pilarsky who won Mrs. Philippines-Germany (2000) and Mrs. WI Philippines (2013), the win still felt like the first time she won a crown.

I am Joyce Penas Pilarsky and I am an international fashion and jewelry designer.

2Tell us a bit about your business and what you do.

I started joining fashion shows around the globe like Philippine Fashion Week, J Summer Fashion show in Paris, Fashion Week Brooklyn, New York, Summer Fashion show in Germany, Ecoluxe Luxury Fashion show during the London Fashion Week 2014, ECO Fashion Show in Abu Dhabi, Joyce has been proclaimed Grand Champion at Los Angeles Fashion Week Design Competition last 2015.

3Congratulations! As the winner of the 2019 Muse Awards, what does it mean to you and your company and team to receive this award distinction?

It means a lot to me to win this prestigious award. It gives me more inspiration to be more creative.
