Norbert Singer, born in Eger (Czech Republic) on 16 November, 1939 and grew up in Wurzburg. After leaving school he studied mechanical engineering at the Technical College in Munich, specializing in the fields of aviation and space, apart from vehicle technology, on his way to his master’s.
