Biography

Valerie Azlynn was an actress who graced the silver screen many times throughout her Hollywood career. Azlynn began her acting career with roles in sitcoms like "The Joe Schmo Show" (Spike TV, 2003-2013), "Two and a Half Men" (CBS, 2003-2015) and "Life on a Stick" (Fox, 2004-05). She also appeared in "Joey" (NBC, 2004-06). Azlynn launched her entertainment career by acting in films like the Nicole Kidman romance "Bewitched" (2005). Following that project, she appeared in "Poseidon" (2006), the Alexis Bledel romantic comedy "I'm Reed Fish" (2007) and the drama "Broken" (2007) with Heather Graham. She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The Big Bang Theory" (CBS, 2007-). Azlynn also appeared in the Ben Stiller box office smash comedy "Tropic Thunder" (2008), "Surrogates" (2009) with Bruce Willis and the Marguerite Moreau drama "Caroline and Jackie" (2013). Valerie Azlynn was born and raised in New London, Connecticut. At seventeen, she moved to New York where she began her career performing in the theatre and singing with a reputable Manhattan-based Opera Company.  She continues to hone her vocal skills, and is currently in the process of preparing a cabaret.

Valerie starred on the TBS comedy SULLIVAN & SON. She’s also known for her lead role on the CBS comedy series WELCOME TO THE CAPTAIN, as well as memorable recurring parts on CASTLE (ABC), SMITH (CBS) and JOEY (NBC) and guest starring roles on numerous shows, amongst them are: THE BIG BANG THEORY, RULES OF ENGAGEMENT, CSI: NY, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, TWO AND A HALF MEN and HOT IN CLEVELAND.

On film, Valerie stars in BABYSITTER (alongside Max Burkholder and Lesley Ann Warren) as well as Gary Wheeler’s MOUNTAIN TOP. She was a lead in Universal’s remake of THE LITTLE RASCALS (playing “Miss Crabtree”) and Hallmark Hall of Fame’s ABC movie of the week REMEMBER SUNDAY.
