Dr. Sheri Fink is a correspondent at The New York Times and contributed to its Pulitzer Prize-winning coverage of the Covid-19 pandemic. She is a co-creator and an executive producer of the Netflix documentary television series Pandemic: How to Prevent an Outbreak, filmed in 2019. Her and her colleagues’ articles on the 2014-2015 Ebola crisis in West Africa were recognized with a Pulitzer Prize for international reporting, a George Polk Award for health reporting and an Overseas Press Club Hal Boyle Award. Her article “The Deadly Choices at Memorial,” co-published by The New York Times Magazine and ProPublica, received a 2010 Pulitzer Prize for investigative reporting and a National Magazine Award for reporting.
