Sarah Walker is a strange cultural bridge. Gifted by God to understand cultures, she's explained them to others most of her life. In her cultural experiences, Sarah has studied in Ireland, (almost fell off the cliffs of Moher), become fluent in the language of the Deaf Community, and stood through a bomb raid in Israel. And expert in the language of symbolism, Ms. Walker collects meanings other people look over. Sarah's obsessed with Fairy Tales, believes in Angels and Magic, and reads body language. Tribes of teenagers have adopted her as Fairy Godmother (talk about scary). She hangs with crazy authors, (talk about fun), and comes from a rural community in Central Florida (where we do-too have a culture). Surrounded by huge cultural Trees from the wide and diverse community of God's children, Ms. Walker looks forward to learning the cultures of Heaven and getting autographs from the eighteen angels her adventures have forced into retirement.

Walker made her fortune by developing and marketing a line of cosmetics and hair care products for Black women through the business she founded, Madam C. J. Walker Manufacturing Company. Walker became known also for her philanthropy and activism. Walker made financial donations to numerous organizations such as the NAACP and became a patron of the arts. Villa Lewaro, Walker's lavish estate in the Irvington neighborhood of Indianapolis, Indiana served as a social gathering place for the African-American community. At the time of her dea

In the current Who's Who my hobbies are listed as interior decorating and watching my husband do the gardening but I have to confess this is long out of date!
Collecting 19thcentury blue and white pottery, 18thcentury Liverpool porcelain, modern British water colours, Japanese Kabuki prints from various periods, interesting cushions, buying clothes and earrings (I have well over 300 pairs), learning Japanese and reading everything I can lay my hands on about Kabuki theatre have long taken over from Colefax & Fowler and Gertrude Jekyll.
Indeed Kabuki became a real obsession for a few years causing me to do silly things like flying to Mexico City, for some concerts, via Tokyo so that I could fit in six days of solid, uninterrupted Kabuki at the fabulous Kabuki Za. It also sparked off an idea for a Kabuki 'Winterreise' that I have not entirely relinquished.
My very long suffering husband, Graham, would add laptops, modems and now, the final straw, the Web to that list but then he can't work the video!
After fitting in all the above, there is ba
