Pastor

Pastor Maurice Stimage, Jr. is a Christian Educator and a Counselor, who is a catalyst for positive change through his dedication to teaching the scriptures.

Pastor Stimage recieved his B.A. degree in Business Administration from the former William Tyndale College of Farmington, Michigan. He continued his education by completing his Master of Arts, with an emphasis in Biblical Studies, at Ashland Theological Seminary, . In 2010 Pastor Stimage recieved the Doctorate of Ministry Degree from Ecumenical Theological Seminary here in the city of , .

Pastor Stimage proudly served six years in the United States Marine Corps Reserves where he received an Honorable Discharge.

Pastor Stimage surrendered his will to the Lord and accepted the call to ministry in 1987. Under the leadership of the late Rev. Dr. Eddie A. McDonald, then pastor of the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church of Pontiac, Michigan. Pastor’s Bio

Reverend Jeffery L. Gray was born in Mendenhall, Mississippi. He grew up in a faith-oriented family where his praying parents guided him to seek a life of righteousness, integrity and self- discipline. Jeffery accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the tender age of six (6) and was baptized at Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Braxton, Mississippi. He was very active in his home church as a youth and young adult.

Jeffery was educated in the public schools of Simpson County, Mississippi and is a 1977 graduate of Mendenhall Attendance Center. He attended Jackson State University, Jackson, Mississippi, majoring in Computer Science and Criminal Justice, before joining the United States Marine Corps in January 1981. Jeffery holds an Associate of Science (AS) Degree in Liberal Arts and a Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Sociology from the University of New York, Regents, now, Excelsior University. I am very grateful for the love, mercy, and grace of Jesus who was tempted in all things as we are yet without sin, and who has suffered the excruciating pain for my sins and the sins of all generation that I/we may receive the forgiveness of sin, the Spirit of adoption unto God’s royal family, and the divine privilege to be His servants, even though an undeserving struggling flesh.
Because “God is Love”, I believe that the underlying root and the answer to every need and problem is love. When we search for love in our own way as defined by the world, we create all the problems that exist in our lives and in the world today. When we discover and experience the unconditional transforming love of Jesus for us in a personal way, we begin to heal from the past wounds of sin, to recover our lost identity, and to become new and changed individuals through the daily sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit in us and through us unto others.
